I LOVE THIS!!
5Been using this for a year now and I’ve honestly been seeing such good results, recovery is a lot better and I’ve definitely noticed that when i skip my intra workout I might feel sore the next day - whereas if i take it I barely am. I have it in the middle of my workout and it’s just the push i need to finish strong and add weight on every week or two. I got peach and mango and i LOVE the flavour (I’m a big fan of mango in general) Goes Well With:Cold water is your best bet. As cold as you can get it. I add extra water than the recommended amount because I like it a bit diluted, helps to get your water intake too!

5Really nice taste and is great to have in the morning instead of my usual coffee , get a bit of caffeine as well as protein, so it is great

5I recently had the opportunity to try out grape-flavoured essential amino acids, and I must say, they have truly become a game-changer in my fitness routine. Not only do they provide a powerful energy boost, but their delicious grape flavour makes every sip an absolutely delightful experience! Drinking it thorough the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance really adds to the gains!! It’s literally 100% absorbable protein one 30g scoop is 30 grams of protein. Equivalent of eating 100g of meat ;) Goes Well With:Dextrin 🙌

Buyer beware!
1Buyer beware! My Protein's unflavored EAAs are a tastebud nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. From the first sip, it's a nauseating concoction of regret and chemical warfare. Two attempts at customer service (complete with picture proof) were met with deafening silence. Save yourself the stomach churn and avoid this product and brand entirely. There are better options out there that care about both taste and service.

Essential amino acids
5Amazing 🤩 definitely go for Grape it is like Black Grape KA if you know it… perfect for hydrating, getting the protein in bypassing digestion… 20mins you’ve had 30g of protein the equivalent of 100g of meat. Yep 2 scoops 200g… Definitely buy when the deals are on as it’s too expensive outside of them … I’d have this on subscription if it was more affordable Goes Well With:Taurine…

5Great, clean, fresh taste & it mixes and dissolves really quickly, leaving no "gritty bits" in your drink. Find it an excellent source in assisting me in recovery from work outs.Goes Well With:Goes great with Impact Creatine & whey.

The Cola flavour was bad. Too much acidic
2The cola flavour is too much acidic (sour). I suffer from acidity and it didn't go well. Couldn't digest it and lost energy and loose stomach
