Helping with my joint pain
5Bought these as my joints have been giving me a little bit of trouble, as I'm heading to my 40s and have been hitting the weights for many years now. My elbows have been the worst. Been on these around two weeks now and I have noticed a lot of improvement. The pain has not totally gone but it's a lot better and am able to start increasing the weight. Will be adding these to my must have supplement list from now onGoes Well With:BCCA's

4Haven't been using long enough to see a substantial difference yet. Easy to take tablets, may be slightly large for those who struggle with tablets. No taste or coating.

Joint help and improvement.
4Product is very low in cost and a high serving size, especially if you use the recommended 1 tablet a day. Have minor aches in shoulders and arms but taking these tablets as made a difference and I have been using this product for around a year and will continue to do so, cheap and does what it says on the tub.Goes Well With:Hard work so that your joint's actually hurt. A good balanced diet.

Worth it!!!
5I read spot of reviews about this product before I bought them. I'd been suffering from elbow pain for a while and thought I'd give this a go. Some of the reviews said it was "almost" instant relief and I can completely agree. Within a couple of days the pain had gone completely. I'm almost to the end of a 360 tablet tub and during that time I've rarely forgotten to take them but when I have my discomfort returns. Thoroughly recommend! And for the price worth a punt at least!!!Goes Well With:Water

Very good product
5I had some strange pain in my knee. I'm an athlete (specific javelin thrower) and I really need healthy joints for my hard trainings. Pain has gone after two weeks of using and my shoulders are more "flexible" in bone sense. I'm satisfied and defently recommend to anyone with joint pains.Goes Well With:Water
