Brilliant
5I used to get cramp in both calf’s at football, sometimes it would be locked cramp before I get it I could taste salt... started taking these 3 days before my game and I never got cramp again and never tasted salt during the game quality product thanks my protein Goes Well With:Water

Great value electrolyte tablets
5Brilliant for staying properly hydrated, especially for tough hot / sweaty / summer sessions (Road cycling / mountain biking / runs for me). Easily swallowed with a drink before and/or after activity. Work great, for muscles (fatigue, cramps, recovery) and mind. And amazing value for the tub.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Isolate protein powder for muscle strength/recovery post exercise.

Awesome value electrolytes!
5Great, easy way to stay properly hydrated, especially after heavy sweaty workouts/rides in the heat - I take one before, and one after for recovery, alongside electrolyte powder/water mix during exercise. Makes such a difference for muscles and mind! Amazing value too in this tablet form.Goes Well With:Whey Protein Isolate shake, for muscle recovery post exercise

5Been running and training from a young age, at 38 years old i was starting to feel the struggle to get going, these tablets squared me right away felt benefits after 3 days. Goes Well With:Water

5Great for that post run day when I used to get nausea and headaches, however much water I had put away. A couple of these a day and especially straight after exertion does the trick. Mild salty taste but really no big deal. I’ve been suffering with running side effects for years and am delighted with these. Recommend.

Good for cramps
4I suffer alot from cramp, I tend to work out 6 days a week and was struggling with cramping especially in my feet. These seemed to have helped and I just find it easier to take with my vitamins everyday than mix up a potion myself. Good for the lazy folk like meGoes Well With:Water

Perfekt for Hangover
5It's so good for drinking alcohol! Just use two pills before sleeping and on the next day of a party you feel like you only had two beers in the evening. I am using the electrolytes for like 4 years and they work very well! 10ct for no hangover is just perfect.

Runners Must
5Great for running! Was really struggling with cramp and 2 of these a day and that problem has comepltely gone. Wouldn’t be without them now 👍🏼

5Fantastic for keto and replenishing electrolytes. This product instantly relieves any nausea or headaches for me. They taste a bit salty but this is to be expected! Goes Well With:Lots of water
