Simple and easy
5Despite the slightly strange taste , these tablets are perfect. Easy to go down and cheaper than your hundreds of vitamins from the supermarket. It gives you the right amount of everything you need and tells you exactly how to use it. Life's simple when you can chuck it down in one ;) Goes Well With:Thermopure or other mineral tablets. I like to use zinc and magnesium in the morning and before bed but defo the combo de brekkie

Easy and convenient
5This is really easy to swallow as the tablet is so small, which I really like as most supplements are almost impossible to swallow due to their size but this is tiny! It is also very convenient to top up on your vitamins when you don't know if you have reached ur vitamin goals!Goes Well With:Any diet

5These are amazing for keeping a well-balanced diet. Buying all the foods with every vitamin you need is expensive especially on a diet which doesn't have all the vitamins I need. The taste could be better but these are good supplements so can't complain. Goes Well With:Water/a drink
