Vit D must have
5So easy to take, such good value for money. I've never taken Vit D before despite being an outdoors person but felt the need over winter and just continued. Who's to say it's warded off covid, noone will ever know but touch wood I've avoided it up to now

5Bought these as i wanted something natural to reduce swelling after training and help with my tennis elbow. After using these for 5 months now have found DOMs from training is reduced feeling wise, and my tennis elbow has all but disappeared, could be a coincidence, maybe, but suffered with it for a year before using these. I now use them all the time and will continue as they are working for me. P.s. Taste and mixability 1 star as it wouldn't submit the review even though its optional!

The relief
5Cannot recommend this supplement enough. Anyone (especially older athletes and ageing population) and anyone coming back from injury; taking prescription anti-inflammatories for months which cause heart disease when taken long term (literally a warning label) did nothing for me after a back injury that left me unable to tie my shoe laces, get a good nights sleep, walk or stand up without pain or do any rehab. Curcumin (good quality!) allowed me to actually begin recovery. After a week or so I could walk fast enough to warm warm my body up and after 2 weeks I could do some basic yoga movements. As for Vit3 that's just obvious.Goes Well With:Ginger extract, Vit K, Omega 3. Take with food absorbed properly.

These are now just part of my daily routine
5I've been taking these for some time and i can honestly say they do help with reducing any bloating after eating my main meal in the evening. I also believe they may be helping me to maintain my weight loss too. I have a vitamin D deficiency so the added boost is always beneficial.

Seems to be helping
5The anti-inflammatory aspect of this seems to be working for me. I have been injured and it's helped aid my recovery. It has the added bonus of vitamin D in it too!

Great for inflamation
5I was reading about the benefits of curcumin and found that they help inflamation in the body, after suffering with plantar facitis for over 2 years, and loosing weight and seeing the nurse for treatment nothing had worked. But I have been taking these for a few weeks and feel the benefit already. I would highly recommend these.

Joint vitamins
5Advised by PT to try these for my painful arthritis in my shoulder and neck. After 2 weeks I've definitely noticed a difference. Less pain and no clicking when I rotate my arm or neck. Will be taking these regularly from now on Goes Well With:Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin tablets
