Listen I love myprotein and their products and have been using them for years now, however, after ordering my first batch of creapump (tastes awesome by the way), I have come to realise the unnecessary amount of excess plastic my 1.5kg bag has. So much so that when it is sat next to a 5kg bag of oats its virtually identical. So myprotein, why such a big bag for such a small quantity? Why do I have to roll my sleeves up to get to the bottom of the bag and dig out my scoop? Amazon were in the news recently about this subject and vowed to take action and I think its time myprotein did its bit for the environment and stopped wasting so much material. Good product though!Goes Well With:Ice cold water and Sleeveless shirts
used this twice as a cheap but effective mild stimulant , doesn't taste that good on its own but when mixed with juice you can barley tell its there, its a nice steady energy as opposed to a massive rush followed by a crash that you ind in other stimulants., overall its worth the buy as a creatine supplement with added stimulant effect .
I like this product, I haven't had the chance yet to use it much, but the few times I have a felt energized, it shakes well and considering its flavorless it doesn't taste to bad with just water.
For anybody who doesn't like the 'overpumped' feeling you get with pulse and other high caffiene products this is ideal. Gives me extra strength at the end of a heavy workout and definitely notice I'm more vascular when taking this. Contains everything you need and gives the exact training boost I need, whilst still allowing me to feel like I'm doing the lifting not the supplement! Tropical tastes just like juice to.Goes Well With:Water
I've used this for 2 weeks, tastes fine and mixes well but much prefer the affect of Pulse V4 as a pre gym drink. More of a buzz and boost pre-work out.
Creapump is fantastic! Usually run 5k in 27 minutes but today I ran a little bit more on muddy hills, in the rain and wasn't out of breath till the last half kilometre, I felt an unreal energy boost on this run and ran so much faster, the taste it also fantastic I wish there were just a normal drink that had this taste, like a lime/peach fizz type of thing. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to push that little bit further on there runs or workouts. 10/10 Also don't be put off by the creatine making you 'fat' if you're a runner. The energy it puts into your muscles to keep going is brilliant. 100% amazing product.
MyProtein supplements are good for our overall health. Daily intake of protein help in reducing fat from our body. Today we will discuss about benefits of protein in our body.Protein is in the spotlight these days, with articles touting diets high in protein and advertisements for protein powders in the media. Protein is, of course, an important building block in the body, but it is not the only building block. And furthermore, protein is made up of a variety of substances, with the result that not all protein sources are equal in value. Here are some of the facts about proteins Protein is essential to a healthy heart and a healthy body; animal sources of protein including eggs are better for you nutritionally since they contain all of the essential amino acids; as with most nutrients and vitamins, both too much and too little protein have detrimental effects on the body; and, protein cannot be stocked up like fat but must be eaten daily. Protein is the basic nutrient and plays an essential role in carrying cholesterol and preventing heart disease. The human body in its complexity needs dozens of nutritive substances. The one that stands before all others is protein, or proteins, since there is not one but hundreds of kinds of protein. Here’s what protein contributes We are literally made of protein from our bones to our muscles, arteries and veins, skin, hair, and fingernails. Our heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and lungs are built of tissue made of proteins.Proteins help carry the oxygen that reddens our blood. In the form of enzymes, proteins digest our food, synthesize essential substances, and break down waste products for elimination. When fat and carbohydrates are insufficient, proteins produce the energy we need for life.Proteins in combination with a substance called sterols form hormones, which regulate the delicate chemical changes that constantly take place within the body. The chromosomes, which pass on our characteristics to our children, include protein in their structure.Protein is needed to carry fat and cholesterol throughout the body.
Really amazed me with the results. Tried it for the first time and really transform my body. I'm a 20 years girl who will represent ifbb next year and I know my protein supplements will help me.Whey protein is produced during the process that sees milk turned into cheese. It is also found naturally in dairy products, eggs, soy and vegetable proteins but none of these compares in quality to whey protein powder. It also scores highly in providing the branched chain amino acids that are important in the building and retention of muscle.Whey protein is highly favored by bodybuilders because it provides the necessary building blocks to produce the amino acids that the body uses to build lean muscle tissue. Many studies have shown that whey protein contains the perfect combination of amino acids, in just the right concentration for optimal performance in the body. It is also thought that whey protein has a role as an anti-oxidant and immune system builder. It is best taken in powder form mixed in juice or milk, spread throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Serious bodybuilders often consume up to one hundred fifty grams each day but as a rule of thumb, daily protein intake for active trainers can be calculated by taking your weight in pounds and multiplying by one or two. But remember, you need to work out how much protein is taken from food and other sources, and then spread the remaining whey protein balance over the day.Whey protein is a relatively safe supplement but no more than thirty grams of protein should be taken at one sitting as excessive single doses could overload the liver. The safety of whey protein has been well documented in many scientific studies and there is clear proof that taken consistently, coupled with regular exercise, it will result in meaningful muscle gain. My protein supplements are the building blocks which provide high quality protein to our body.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. bought this hoping it would give my workouts a boost and find it is working as it said on the description - seem to have more energy during the workout and able to push the my limits upGoes Well With:protein whey
This product is great really cheap and works as well I will buying again Goes Well With:Water
Nice pre workout. I put 1 in the taste, because I choose a unflavoured one.
Pre workout formula, works well when giving a pre workout pump and energy source, I would recommend the addition of Beta Alanine to provide a heavy hitting energy boost, other than that, I find it has helped me basically loft up significantly more weight than I would normally have been able to do.Goes Well With:Water
Does exactly what it says it does...greatly improved energy and strength
I find it is best used as a creatine supplement, not a pre-workout. Still a good product though
Overall a good product, the tast is good the mixing is good the benefits are yet to be noticed
Was hoping this would be a good cost-effective pre-workout but in comparison to other brands i've taken such as ON Amino Energy and BSN's No Xplod, this was a bit of a let down. No energy boost worth mentioning, pump was minimal. In hindsight I prefer taking my creatine seperate, I feel that it is more effective post workout for easy up-take plus I would recommend 7g instead of the 5g included in each scoop of creapump. Taste wasn't bad, quiet refreshing actually but there's always these sugar like granules at the bottom of the glass that don't dissolve. Goes Well With:water
Creapump tasted average, mixed OK but I found it did nothing for me. I would not buy again.
Creapump is a great value pre-workout without any caffeine related jitters or side effects. I can feel a good difference in workout intensity - it's hard to say whether this is down to the creatine or other ingredients - Good product though, much cheaper than the competition and mixes very well with water. I'm a fan of the tropical flavour, it tastes just like cordial!Goes Well With:Water!
Creapump is a really good product. It gave me a good boost before I hit the gym and helped me smash those last few reps! It tastes really good too and is easy to mix. Overall. it's very good!
