Simply follow these easy steps to create your festive Christmas Gingerbread treat!

  1. Preheat oven to 150-160 (°C) /  300-320 (°F) Mix 200g of Gingerbread Biscuit
  2. Mix in a bowl
  3. Add 4-5 tbsp. of milk and 40g of melted coconut oil
  4. Mix together until dough forms, adding more milk if needed
  5. Lay additional flour to a surface and roll the dough out using a clean rolling pin – to measure the dough thickness, use a 1 pound coin
  6. Cut out biscuits using gingerbread man shape or shape cutter of choice.
  7. Add all to a lined baking tray and cook for 9-12 minutes until golden
  8. Enjoy!

These are the BEST biscuits ever made. They smell amazing, taste amazing and just all round are amazing. Really enjoyed the texture. Even though it was more of a cake like texture and not so biscuity. Very easy to whip up, and quick to bake. Even added some cream cheese and peanut butter frosting on top which took these bad boys to the next level. Overall: such good value for money/ taste sensation = no brainer!

As with most myprotein flavoured products, it tastes like there's a ridiculous amount of artificial sweetener in these. Whoever does the product tasting for myprotein must be immune to sucralose, as the sweetness and chemical taste is overpowering and sickly. Tried making up a second batch with extra flour and extra coconut oil to reduce the sweetness but they tasted like dog biscuits....
