Please update this delicious butter with no sunflower oil, which is inflammatory and unhealthy. A cashew butter with no oil like your almond butter or a version with coconut oil would be perfect. Thanks, MyProtein Team.
All the oms and all the noms. This is delish! if my girlfriend wouldn't figure out that I consumed 6400kcal (whole tub) in one night the thing would be empty come morningGoes Well With:hunger
Cashew butter is nicer than both almond butter and peanut butter in my opinion, i find it has a creamier texture and is sweeter tasting than peanut butter which makes for more of a treat, this works great to add in clean dense calories from fats to aid in creating a caloric surplus which can be of an aid when you are aiming to gain lean muscle mass. 50 grams of this on 2 slices of dr zak's high protein bread or high protein cinnamon bagels makes for a great post workout or midday meal, it also combines well with impact whey and TheWhey to increase flavour and thicken the shakes. If you are after a great tasting nut butter and bored of peanut butter and almond butter i recommend you give this version a try. if you found value in my review then please use my referral code 'geoff - rdt' (no space in between dash and letters) and all in capital letters while signing up for a great offer.Goes Well With:Toast Protein Shake
I would remove the sunflower oil from its ingredients. Of course, it is much more spreadable but it remains a fatty texture in your mouth. Nonetheless, the taste is good.
It's one off the best butters on the market and it's so good for you packed with protein and essentials vitamins. I no longer use butter but have swapped it now for cashew butter.Goes Well With:On toast, oatcakes/crackers Smoothies and mixed into Porridge for the perfect nutritious breakfast
Love this cashew butter, smooth and tasty. My only problem is stopping myself eating the lot!!
Did you know a Cashew Nut is actually a seed...? Anyway, this product is great. Just like peanut butter but cashewy instead! Just don't give to people allergic to nuts. Goes Well With:Protein Shake.
Finished the whole thing in about 4 days...I need to stoo...but its too good not to buy another!Goes Well With:...A spoon
Delicious taste, good quality.Goes Well With:Pancakes, rice toasts, porridge etc.
I love this cashew butter. I buy it regularly - with the discounts on myprotein it's much better value the other alternative brands. It's absolutely delicious, I usually have it on some rice cakes as a snack, or inside some medjool dates (yum). Also fab in porridge and on protein mousse/pudding.Goes Well With:Everything! The taste isn't as strong as peanut or almond butters, so I prefer to have it on top of something rather than blended in.
OMG I have to ask my wife to hide this it is amazing, only buy if you don't mind eating a tub in a week because once you open this you won't be able to control yourself
Very similar to the pb but less protein and a bit more expensive but does have some better vitamin profiles I think. Also has a more intense flavour, like you've just banged 50 cashews in your mouth. I found it perfect mixed with greek yoghurt, took some of the sting out.Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt.
It's what I expected, it tastes good and is good for you, you can't really ask for more. Whats great though is how large it is, so it'll last a long time or not so long if you're like me and can just eat it off the spoon!Goes Well With:Crackers, Wholemeal bread or just off the spoon!
My protein supplements which is an authentic trade mark for results.Whey protein is produced during the process that sees milk turned into cheese. It is also found naturally in dairy products, eggs, soy and vegetable proteins but none of these compares in quality to whey protein powder. It also scores highly in providing the branched chain amino acids that are important in the building and retention of muscle.Whey protein is highly favored by bodybuilders because it provides the necessary building blocks to produce the amino acids that the body uses to build lean muscle tissue. Many studies have shown that whey protein contains the perfect combination of amino acids, in just the right concentration for optimal performance in the body. It is also thought that whey protein has a role as an anti-oxidant and immune system builder. It is best taken in powder form mixed in juice or milk, spread throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Serious bodybuilders often consume up to one hundred fifty grams each day but as a rule of thumb, daily protein intake for active trainers can be calculated by taking your weight in pounds and multiplying by one or two. But remember, you need to work out how much protein is taken from food and other sources, and then spread the remaining whey protein balance over the day.Whey protein is a relatively safe supplement but no more than thirty grams of protein should be taken at one sitting as excessive single doses could overload the liver. The safety of whey protein has been well documented in many scientific studies and there is clear proof that taken consistently, coupled with regular exercise, it will result in meaningful muscle gain.
My protein supplements have all those nutrients which a body needs to be fit. Today I'll share some tips of excess intake of protein. The body is unable to store excess protein. Dietary protein is converted to individual amino acids by the digestive process, which are then absorbed. When amino acids are in excess of needs the liver takes up the amino acids and subjects them to deanimation, a process that converts the nitrogen from the amino acids into ammonia, further processed in the liver into urea via the urea cycle. Excretion of urea is performed by the kidneys. Other parts of the amino acid molecules can be converted into glucose and used for fuel. When food protein intake is periodically high or low, the body tries to keep protein levels at an equilibrium by using the "labile protein reserve" to compensate for daily variations in protein intake. However, unlike body fat as a reserve for future caloric needs, there is no protein storage for future needs.Excessive intake of protein increases calcium excretion in urine, occurring to compensate for the pH imbalance from oxidation of sulfur amino acids. The research is inconclusive as to whether this calcium excretion from bone resorption contributes to osteoporosis. A regular intake of calcium stabilizes this loss. But then another issue arising from over-consumption of protein is a higher risk of kidney stone formation from calcium in the renal circulatory system.
Nice taste, lovely for a snack great stuffGoes Well With:I have it on whole meal crackers
My protein supplements are pure vegetarian except some supplements.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. My protein supplements are essential nutrient for human body. They are one of the building blocks of body tissue.Dream to be a fitness model or bodybuilder then my protein supplements are sufficient. Best time to take protein after a workout is one to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the "micro tears" (very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout) in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about 30 minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion. Definitely, we can see the advantage to taking a protein shake in this instance.

My protein supplements are simply the best.Protein is a component of every cell in your body. In fact, hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Our body uses it to build and repair tissue. We need it to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. It is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.
