BCAA 1500's contain 3 essential amino acids that make up approximately 35% of muscle protein. Each serving contains 1500mg of the amino acid L-Leucine, 750mg of the amino acids L isoleucine and L Valine and 1.4 mg of Vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
BCAA 1500's contain the 2:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L Isoleucine, and L Valine whilst also containing the synergistic ingredient Vitamin B6. BCAA 1500’s are also free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose.
Generally, BCAA 1500’s are taken by active individuals before and after a workout.

I almost finished one of these jars, I just came back to this site to buy another one because I noticed gains immediately. Not only size gains, but also recovery time. Now it's fine to have just one day of rest between sessions. Before bcaa I'd be knackered for a couple of days at least. But it's not easy to swallow 4 of those a day. They look like pieces of chalk. Bought these to partner the Hard Gainer Extreme. Quite large tablets, but easy enough to swallow with a drink. I'm hoping for results, but due to my age (65), I'm they'll be much slower to show than on a younger person. Delivery was very quick, so will definitely use My Protein again when I need more supplements.
Def helps recovery. I don't eat alot of meat and shakes just bloat me so theses are perfect and convenient. Size of pill is no issue for me. I think personally they bring an overall health benifit, especially if your not big into meat.
I'd read so many good reviews about BCAA's I decided to give these a try. I'm now on my second tub and I take them daily. It does tell you to take 2 tablets 2-3 times a day but as I'm quite small I only take 2 tablets once a day usually before my gym session or after. I've noticed definite gains since taking these and my DOMs isn't as severe either. Definitely recommend them for anyone trying to build muscle.
Using this supplement have quickly effected me in the gym. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and I have noticed a decrease in pain the day after a workout. This supplement invreases the repair of your muscle fibres and helps your muscle endurance. These tablets also give you a lot more energy before and after a workout. I take 2 pre workout and 2 post workout and I think this is the perfect dosage needed for this supplement, I would 100% recommend this!!!!!!Goes Well With:I use creatine with this for that little bit more of energy and repair in the gym and I am seeing amazing effects.
High quality BCAA's - Anyone trying to build muscle or maintain muscle mass throughout a cut, then ensure you add the Essential Branch Chain Amino Acids to your diet!! I swear by these BCAA's - and you should to. If you're having trouble swallowing these tablets, then break the tablets in half. The amino' that BCAA's provide are claimed to be essential for muscle repair and development, and, in all honesty, after a week of taking the pills (in conjunction with creatine) you can start to notice the increased endurance and ability to lift slightly heavier weight. Only drawback, they're quite a sizeable pill and sometimes hard to get down in one..... Not really a huge issue though
Hi , iv beening using bcaa 1500 for a few mounths now and can't falt them , always take direct arter work out , for maxim pump hold , works a treat , they hold your pump and shape for hard gainers like me 👍
