5I didn't think this would work to be honest, but boy was I wrong, I mixed mine with 500ml of water and starred sipping before the gym, got to the gym, I was ready, I was fired up and I pushed myself to the limit with less achiness the next day, I will definitely buy this again!!! Goes Well With:Water

4Used to use this to wake up mentally after a tiring day at work and it did what it says it does, gives you energy and wakes you up. I now use it for Muay Thai sessions as it gives me the energy to power me through the day. Would definitely recommend if you are mentally tired and/or go to the gym after work. For prolonged energy i'd recommend using this in conjunction with a carb based pre-workout.Goes Well With:Carb Based Pre-Workout.

Okay product
3Well I got the tropical storm flavour it mixed well, looked like orange juice but didnt really taste like it, it was pretty sweet but drinkable. I noticed a bit of a pump off it but not much and would prefer the caffeine pro pills but still handy for a cheap, quick pre workout Goes Well With:Water

Good product NOT suitable for vegetarians
3I bought the sample to try before buying the larger size. I really liked it. I then found out it is not suitable for vegetarians so doesn't fit a halal diet either although there is a v sign displayed across the product so please be careful if you are someone who does not want any animal based product. I confirmed this with the help team as when I wanted to buy the full size I noticed there was no v sign displayed!! I'm really quite upset at being mislead as I had already used the product :(

made me a bit sick
3Bought the sample along with a sample of pulse v4. I know they do different things but this was a bit rubbish compared to the pulse and it made me feel quite sick. The Pulse v4 was good though.

It 'exceeds' expectations !!
4Brought the sample version as a 'try before you buy ' and I've not been disappointed. Will be re-ordering as I feel it has helped me make significant Improvements in my running and weight training.

5Overall - Deliveries 100% Taste - Found smooth to the taste Mix Ability - Mixes smoothly with any fluid Effectiveness - Before starting this product after going into my workout program ( high impact / cardio ) 80% of the way, unable to finish the cycle without an extra break time. Once I started this product, on the very first day I was astonished at the length of my performance, it now exceeded 100% of cycles. I no longer needed that extra break time to attempt to recover, I now simply and surprisingly able to push through every cycle and get that little extra that you need in these workouts to gain that cut, lean muscle mass they are designed to deliver. I would highly recommend this product for any person who is in a program that demand you push every cycle of the program from start to finish. The workout program I perform "Insanity" and without this product would not see the results I am now seeing. This product as surpassed my expectations to the point I have actually started the "Insanity" workout over to get the max results I want.Goes Well With:RTS Recovery XS / Pulse V4 / Whey Protien
