1Two weeks in and nothing changed. Can't say that I noticed any effect whatsoever. Better to try other supplements.

5Ordered these tablets and after a issue with courier my protein replaced missing tablets and after 2 weeks of taking them I can see the difference already great service and support will making another order this week

5I tried the powder and could not get used to the taste, really bad. Iv now got the capsules and its much better, no taste and its measured so no messing about in the morning. Will be buying again.

Liver protection & mental clarity
5One of the best prices for ALA capsules I have seen. Easy to take. I started to take it for the antioxidant benefits, and the nice mental clarity it gives in combination with ALCAR on an empty stomach. A bonus I found is that if I take 2-3 capsules throughout a night's boozing I feel significantly better the next day than I would otherwise. I have repeatedly tested this along with other parts of my liver stack and I'm sure it's an important component. I'd hate to be without it now.Goes Well With:ALCAR on an empty stomach
