does'nt work.

I've read the rave reviews here and eveywhere about MSM.so I though I'd try it. I am a 53 year old male whose been training on and off since I was 21. I've had several serious motorbike accidents and and experiencing arthritis, cracking in my left knee joint all the time due to exessive heavy squatting years ago. Shoulders too cracking and popping a lot to due to excessive heavy cheat curling, in front press and bench press. I found MSG did nothing at all to improve any of the ailments and I was up to 15 grams a day lookin for an effect. I used all the 250g in a 3-4 weeks and feel no different since it ran out 1 week ago!.

Great Stuff

MSM Powder is great value for money. It's very cheap. I'm 100% buying this product again. With water it's absolutely disgusting, but nice fruit juice does the job.

I bought MSM Powder, it's a great product and a little bitter to take but great mixed with juice. This gives great effects for joints, hair, skin and nails.

I mix this MSM Powder in with my soylent and it doesn't affect the taste. It's an excellent product at a fair price. I will be buying all my powders at myprotein.com from now on. Their stuff comes fast, it's basically the cheapest out there. It comes in proper bags that reseal properly instead of popping open and have a great design.

Good

Firstly I must tell, that I ordered this product because of its effects on skin not on joints. But I must say, I no longer feel cracking in my knees so it is probably working in that department well. Secondly I take this product cca 8g/day with Biotin and Pepzin to boost my digestion to help my skin from eczema. And i see some improvements, but maybe it is mixture of all three products.
