Still early stages
5Just started using these so I can't really comment on it but otherwise, it is what it is. As for the taste, you should really expect it to taste great anyways, its MSM.

New product test
5The new bags they are using on the smaller pouches at Myprotein deserve their own little review! They are amazingly easy to reseal. The amount of products I've had to bin from the bags ripping and moisture getting into the powder. Right onto the product now. It mixes well with no detectable taste difference with water. Top marks. Read the studies on this stuff.

Very effective
5Starting taking this for it's claimed benefits on joints. I have had near constant knee pain fr the last 4 years since an operation to repair a torn knee ligament at 18. Only been taking MSM for a week and the change is amazing. On a side note, I have had some dry skins problems for a few months which haven't recovered with strong steroid cream from the doctors - MSM has completed cleared this up in just 4 days!

It works.
5I used a small bag up by putting a tsp in my fresh veg. and fruit juice every morning. I couldn't taste it at all. As with a lot of these supplements, you don't realise that they're working until you stop taking them and the pain returns. I had no joint pain at all when I was taking this every day. Then I ran out, and haven't used it for a couple of weeks- arthritis pain back again, flexibility poor, and suffering with DOMS. Buying another bag NOW. Also impressed with how it is a pre-cursor to the detoxer glutathione which is manufactured in the body. I am 48, I lift heavy, do yoga, pilates and cardio.

5Tasteless powder, mixes well and can be added to any drink. I feel a marked improvement since adding this supplement into my regime

5Great product. The taste is horrible but it does the job. I am disappointed about the information given here but if you do your research on sulphur (msm) and what wonders it can do to you central nervous system you'll know that taking this stuff is absolute food for the nerves that control everything, including your muscles. This stuff is sometimes called the beauty powder. It has amazing effects on your skin, teeth, joints etc.. If you go to other shops you'll notice it has on it a picture of joints and bones. Knowing the effects it has all over your body all that this tells me is that it has a great nack for getting into even the driest places on your body. Recommended.Goes Well With:Nothing. Just get it in!

terrible taste
2This stuff tastes extremely acid like something you aren't supposed to ingest. I tried mixing it with different fruit juiced but it's impossible to drink for me. Can't say anything about effectiveness since I'm unable to ingest it.Goes Well With:nothing
