"Side effects Reported side effects associated with DMAE use include gastrointestinal disturbances, bad body odor, drowsiness, sedation, retardation, confusion, increased blood pressure, depression, and hypomania. DMAE may cause a decrease in the levels of some choline metabolites. Choline supplementation may help to correct this. DMAE should be avoided under all circumstances by pregnant women. I ve been hit by the gastrointestinal disturbance every time I consume early in the day on an empty stomach And it also makes me very drowsy as I am on my feet all day it’s not a good feeling. "Make sure you take this stuff in very small about, 500mg or less. You can't mega dose on this stuff, it gives you the worst headache ever, seriously. At first it may not seem all that bad, but do any exercises which workout the upper body, like bicep curls, and BAM, the pain kicks right in.
