Bought this to fight an old tendon injury that has been niggling me for nearly a year. Mixed with MSM powder in my post workout meal for the last few weeks and I must say, during the day pain is gone 99%, returning at night time, although not as strong as it used to be. So I'll keep on using it, as I don't want to find out that really works, when I stop taking it :) Goes Well With:MSM Powder

Ramping up weight training and found myself sore and with low energy- I gave it a bit of rest and started taking this after reading reviews about it reducing soreness. Makes a big difference. I take it in a little water about 30mins before training. The taste is very sweet but not really nasty like some other supps, It doesn't mix well and the glass needs a few refills to get it all, but it's not difficult to take and is a good excuse to take on some extra fluids before training. Seems to help with recovery, but not sure whether it makes a massive difference. Reasonably neutral taste. Pack has 300 servings, though, and price is reasonable so I will keep using it and see how I feel about it when I am through it. Only slight downside is that, unlike most other myprotein products I bought, this one comes without a scoop. This fine powder does eventually mix into liquids. I has no flavour. I use 2 mini scoops before bed and I think I have been sleeping more soundly as a result. I have had some great dreams too.Goes Well With:L-Theanine, vimto

Doesn't dissolve well in water (slight downside) no taste which is good, i have been using for about two weeks with creatine Monohydrate and i find after workout pains are gone and i can lift more than usual. very good product.Goes Well With:Water

I've been taking Glycine alongside my whey protein for a few months now and have been finding that I do not ache as much after a workout. I take this along with protein, creatine, taurine in a shake and they all mix together nicely, leaving no clumps or sandy texture. I cant say for sure how effective the glycine is by itself, but take in the way it should be seems to be pretty good.Goes Well With:protein, taurine
