5I have been buying these to bake with and cereals as my husband has chrons disease and no gluten is easily to digest Goes Well With:All sorts baking

Golden Oats!!!
5Not the first time bought the oats and must say, they are fantastic value for money. Easy to use as normal and also easy to use in baking. Once I’ve used this batch. I’ll defo be buying again.

GF oats
5Great value! My son enjoys it as porridge, I make it into overnight with protein, fruit and yoghurt. Also makes great flapjacks!Goes Well With:Fruit, milk, yoghurt, protein powder and cooks well too.

This box is ok
3Got to try a selection of vegan protein bars and powders which is great but unfortunately most of them weren’t to my taste. I’m still yet to find a high protein vegan powder or bar that doesn’t taste bitter or have a weird fry, earthy texture. The only thing in this box I didn’t mind was the vegan cookie which is delicious! However when you look at the nutritional info on the back you realise why it tastes so good - it’s extremely high in sugar! I still prefer the taste of impact whey protein - it just breaks me out and triggers my acne. I’ve yet to find a better vegan dairy free alternative that is on a par with the flavour of whey :(

Gluten free oats
5Been having this for my breakfast almost every day it's delicious and gluten free so not harsh on your tummy I was a bit disappointed however that it contains the same amount of protein as super market brands Goes Well With:Soya milk Almond milk Coconut milk Peanut butter
