When to take 100% Egg White Powder?
For the best results, we recommend adding 1 large scoop (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a shaker, 30 minutes before and/or after your workout.
Alternatively, this egg white protein powder is great any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
What does 100% Egg White Powder work well with?
Our egg white powder is a great way to kick start your day, but to help you boost performance, add our Creatine Monohydrate to your breakfast shake —proven to increase physical performance.3
If our 100% Egg White Powder is helping you achieve your fitness goals, we recommend that you take this protein powder alongside our Glucomannan Capsules — which contain glucomannan to support weight loss.4
Egg white powder is also extremely popular amongst those looking to bulk up and gain mass.2 For this goal, try our 100% Egg White Powder in a shake with our Extreme Gainer Blend — containing a huge boost of protein, carbs, and creatine monohydrate to power your muscles and mass-gaining training.2,5,3
2. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
3. Glucomannan in the context of an energy-restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
4. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Egg white powder
I think the product is absolutely amazing, I think that people should try to experiment with it more, doesn't have to be a drink, I personally make scrambled eggs with it every day, for every 5gms of egg white used, I add 50mls of soya milk, whisk it up in a food mixer for a couple of seconds, then cook it the same way you would scrambled eggs. Hope this was useful to anyone who hates drinking it down Goes Well With:Goes well with soya milk, onions etc

Amazing taste, perfect whey shake replacement
I bought the egg white powder in chocolate flavour as looking for an alternative to whey powder which I can't use due to intolerance to dairy. I've tried lots of other alternatives and during pregnancy I could no longer stand vegan powder blends, the thought now makes me feel sick still. I am so impressed with the flavour and how well it mixes either with water or dairy free milks. Egg whites are flavourless so it didn't bother me the thought of drinking them and this shake simply tastes of a lovely sweet chocolate shake. Even in water it was pleasant and refreshing. I'm so grateful MP have developed this product. I never write reviews but this is a breakthrough for me. I need the added protein to recover from surgery and build strength back up to commence endurance running again. This will be perfect for after long runs to aid recovery and just generally to boost my protein intake. I don't understand the reviews saying it didn't mix well or tastes horrible as I've mixed with both water and plant based milks and never had a problem and again egg whites are pretty much flavourless. This will also make an ideal addition to a protein pancake recipe. Please don't ever discontinue this product!Goes Well With:Water, dairy free milk alternatives, oats.

Great for PANCAKE MIX
AMAZING for protein pancakes! I make my own protein pancake mix since I started having issues tolerating whey. 30 grams (or more..) of the egg white mix + flavdrops + water baking powder and baking soda. Additionally, when I need carbs I would add 10/20 grams of some flour/ coconut flour for the fats. So easy adjustable, low calorie, high in protein! And you get FLUFFY PANCAKES.Goes Well With:PANCAKE MIX

Absolutely amazing when used for baking
I use this as a replacement for liquid egg whites to make Greg Doucette style french toast and blueberry pancakes as it's extremely difficult to find liquid egg whites near me. It is the best replacement since it gives it delicious flavour and the vanilla does not taste eggy at all. It is also very cost effective. One thing I will say it does not mix well as a stand alone protein shake and creates a lot of foam. However if you're blending it with a nutri-bullet or standard blender it will bind together correctly as long as you're blending it with something solid like oats. Goes Well With:Protein french toast, protein pancakes

Very disappointed.
Really disappointed with this product. It tastes horrible and the texture is all rubbery and nothing like eggs. Have had two servings and will be throwing away the bag. Frustratingly, I ordered this powder before in March and it was great! The taste and texture were amazing, I was having scrambled eggs every morning and they were so fluffy. Unfortunately, this new bag that I ordered looked/tasted nothing like my other bag!! I complained to the MyProtein team that something was wrong, but they just gave me a generic looking email saying they're confident this batch meets their high standards. Really annoying.

Egg White Powder
Found this quite difficult to mix initially. I find that the solution is to mix it with some other powder such as cocoa powder before but a small quantity of whey powder is just as good. Mix the powders together before putting in the water. Having overcome the mixing problem I find that this is easier to digest than whey and doesn't leave me with that bloated feeling. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Any other powder according to taste. After mixing the powders add the water.

On the fence
The first few times I used this with a shaker and it would not mix with whey. Left a sludge in the bottom that wouldn't wash out. I literally had to soak it in bleach to remove it. I've tried making omelettes which tasted okish but was like trying to eat a balloon it was so rubbery. Also the gas this stuff gives could floor an elephant. However on the plus side if bought a 15 quid mixer from argos and now it mixes a treat but the gas is no less poisonous. Also no bloat which is good but Jesus, that gas....Goes Well With:House clearance Biological warfare Training alone

Perfect for a divorce
It doesn’t mix very well unless you stick it in a nutribullet/blender, it goes a bit clumpy otherwise, however once you blend it you don’t notice any real taste issues. The problem comes from the absolute death stench that’s created from the ensuing “wind” that follows 5-6 hours afterwards. Honestly, it’s bad enough to bring on divorce if maintained, so after a week and a half of use I’ve had to throw the rest away. If you live on your own and don’t mind your place reeking of the eggiest farts known to man, go all in on this.Goes Well With:a divorce.
