5Initially bought this to boost MCTs in a Keto lifestyle but it has so many great uses, not just a cooking ingredient. It makes a great skin moisturiser, hair treatment, lubrication for shaving, and 'other things'. Spoon a bit out and you're good to use it however you wish. Does a great job in all applications. Goes Well With:Life.

5I have been using coconut oil for most of the year , the benefits are amazing from cooking to skin and hair care . The best result for me it eliminates eczema on my face after few weeks use. 4Love this coconut oil, it is quite pricey but actually MP s' is good value compared to other makes. I like to fry omelettes with it and it's nice in coffee mixed with butter, yeah try it! Great health benefits. Goes Well With:omelettes and coffee

Coconpure (coconut oil)
4I'm using this coconut oil as a hand cream to fight against extremely dry and cracked hands. I have been advised that this should work wonders. So far, it has stopped my hands breaking open but I've yet to see how well it works once the really cold weather is upon us.

4Great sized tub, tastes great and can be used to cook with anything! A little pricey compared to competitors but I bought while at 25% off, would recommend Goes Well With:Lots of food and hot drinks
