Great stuff, but DOES get on clothes and weights
4I use this regularly when deadlifting, and it XRAMATICALLY improves my grip when lifting without straps, it truly is excellent for that. But take care about the myth that it doesn't transfer - it DOES - onto clothes and weights / bars - not a big drama but it does so only 4 stars, despite that I will continue to buy it!!! as it is super effective

5I have unusually sweaty hands and as a result my ability to get the last few reps of pull up especially and other exercises was impaired. Using this liquid chalk completely reversed that, I now use the chalk throughout my gym session and have no complaints about it. It also dries very quickly on your palms.Goes Well With:A towel to wipe down equipment after you use it.

5Love it!!!!!!! Its easier then normal chalk which goes everywhere!!!! I always hated using stuff after someone had thrown chalk all over it!!! with this you get the same result and no mess!!!!! Worth the money and you will be grabbing it againGoes Well With:Weight lifting straps or belt

Effective and Clean
5I purchased this liquid chalk as I wanted to improve my grip for pulling exercises such as Deadlifts. I don't like wearing gloves but was apprehensive about getting covered in chalk. Thankfully Myprotein Liquid Chalk doesn't transfer to clothing and equipment when dry. It's improved my grip and is highly recommended. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last me for months.

5Very good product, easy to apply and stays on your hands for a long time. Doesn't rub off and ruin your clothes. Ideal for those who struggle with grip strength during heavy lifts.

5I brought liquid chalk for my deadlifting as normal chalk makes to much mess in the gym. on first time trying I couldn't believe how much grip I had, I managed I hours training with just a pea size of liquid. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who wants to train heavy without worrying about there grip slipping.

Surprisingly tasty
5I was dubious at first as it smells quite strong, but at this bargain price I couldn't say no. I'm quite adventurous when it comes to supplements, so I necked it straight out of the bottle before my last workout and it definitely gave me the pump and focus I was looking for. A bit thick and creamy for my liking, but not too bad aftertaste. Recommended for people on the go.Goes Well With:Toast
