5This stuff does exactly what it says on the tin - increases grip and stops your hands sweating - all with a minty fresh smell to boot. If your deadlifts start getting heavy, do yourself a favour and grab a bottle.

Excellent product
5I was recommended this product from a member at my local gym as I kept losing grip, I tried some of his chalk and was surprised at how good this is. I would recommend to anyone wanting to do weights, pull ups etc and for anyone that does not have good grip! I will be purchasing this for as long as I go gym.

Liquid Chalk
5Absolutely spot on! It does leave residue on clothes and the bar but is easily wiped off so absolutely no issues. Probably the most important thing I use when lifting weights. Keeps your hands dry so your grip stays tight. Ideal for deadlifts, shrugs and even high volume training where sweaty hands make mean the bar or dumbbell can slip in your hands.. Cheap as chips and 5/5. Well worth it!

Works Wonders
5I naturally get sweaty hands in the gym (especially when deadlifting) but this stuff works wonders for my grip. Very cost effective too.

5+creates less mess than regular chalk +very little liquid chalk needed to cover both palms completely, so I expect that the small bottle will last for a long time +bottle lid holds perfectly so there's no chance that it will spill in your backpack +helped me with Deadlift PR's -contrary to its description it can get on your clothes, but it's easy to just brush it off

5Liquid chalk works wonders. Gives amazing grip. So much better than gloves. If you're Dead lifting and pulling exercises, liquid chalk is the way forward.

5Over the moon with this chalk, used powdered stuff before but prefer my protein liquid chalk, will buy again
