The dried leaves of the moringa tree are naturally rich in iron, calcium, vitamin E and fibre — a combination that's hard to match from a single plant source. What It Actually Contains

Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. And with 24g of fibre per 100g, it's naturally high in fibre.

Surprisingly Easy to Use

The flavour is green and mildly earthy — somewhere between spinach and matcha. It blends well into smoothies, stirs into soups and stews, and works as a seasoning over eggs or roasted vegetables. Start with half a teaspoon and build from there.
