Both work well. Water keeps things simple, while milk gives the pancakes a richer taste. Start with 100ml and add more liquid until you get the consistency you like.Q: Why are my protein pancakes dry or rubbery?A: Protein pancakes can become dry if they're cooked for too long or the batter is too thick. Add a little more liquid, use a medium heat, and flip once the underside has set.Q: Are protein pancakes better than regular pancakes?A: It depends on what you're looking for. Protein Pancake Mix provides at least 31g of protein per serving, making it a convenient option when you want more protein at breakfast. Regular pancakes can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet, too.Q: What flavours does Protein Pancake Mix come in?A: Choose from Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, and Golden Syrup. Try berries and yoghurt for something fruity, or nut butter and banana for a richer topping.Q: Can I make protein pancake batter ahead of time?A: For the best texture, we'd recommend mixing the batter just before cooking. Preparation only takes a couple of minutes, so it's easy to make a fresh batch.Q: Is Protein Pancake Mix suitable for vegetarians, and does it contain allergens?A: Yes, all three available flavours are suitable for vegetarians. They contain milk and egg, with soya lecithin in the whey protein blend. Cookies & Cream also contains wheat. Check the full ingredient and allergen information for your chosen flavour.
