It's packed with everything you need to know about protein, its benefits, and how to choose the best one for you.

1. Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. 
2. Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. 

Impact Whey Protein Powder: Add 1 scoop (25g) to 150-250ml of water or milk, 30 minutes before and/or after your workout.

Impact Whey Protein Plus Powder: Add 1 scoop (32g) with 200ml of water or milk, 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. To experience the full effects of the crunchy pieces, we recommend avoiding the use of a blender or mixing grid and shaking regularly.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
