Delivered Through the Cheek

Four sprays a day, held briefly against the inner cheek. The formula is designed to deliver nutrients via the oral mucosa — the soft tissue lining the mouth — rather than passing through the gut first. Vitamin B12 is present as methylcobalamin, the more bioavailable form, at a meaningful 100µg per daily dose. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suitable from age three, and appropriate for vegetarians, vegans, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding — though a chat with your GP or midwife before starting any supplement in pregnancy is always a good idea. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing before first use. Shake well before every use. Spray carefully into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace the cap after use.
