Pretty good
It's a pretty good electrolyte blend. Usually, when drinking electrolyte blends from here you get a artificial chalky aftertaste, unfortunately you still get that here but it is very subtle, the lemon and lime flavour reminds me of a lemon and lime calippo which for me is a plus. Definitely helped me get through my workout. If your serious about fitness, i would recommend giving this a try.

Not what I expected
Don't get me wrong, it smells like the pink lemonade Lucozade but tastes like raspberry ripple protein powder, not like the pink lemonade I'd expect. Far too sweet for a lemonade drink.

Brought the lemon and lime flavour, Hydrates well however flavour is lacking and it has stained my bottle bright yellow
