First time having protein powder and didn’t dissapoint. Lovely overall taste with milk. No bad aftertaste. Would recommend buying 500g as you may get bored of the flavour

I'd say this is the perfect starter kit for anyone trying protein - I went with salted caramel though and did regret my decision a bit. There are certainly better flavours out there.

I'm a complete newbie to the world of exercise at the age of 46, so wasn't really sure what to expect! But I have to say, after taking this supplement once a day for about 3 weeks I am starting to notice a reduction in how stiff/achy I feel the day after exercise, I'm sleeping better too, but that could just be a coincidence! The vanilla is a super tasty flavour, like a milky version of a McDonalds Vanilla thickshake, so it's feels a little indulgent too! 😁
