Definitely recommended
Now I’m pretty new to supplements and vitamins my neighbour who is a personal trainer has along with my physio recommended I start these in addition to a new fitness program, as I’m also looking to lose weight I thought I’d try this, oh how surprised was I it tastes absolutely delicious so good that I let my wife try it and next day she’s decided to start a fitness program too. I personally found it dead easy to mix in the free 1st order shaker, I shake it 3 times letting it settle in between and I never have a problem (this is also how I would mix powder wood glue for work) definitely recommend it

Tasty start to the day
Fantastic alternative to Starbucks' Caramel Latte! Lovely with some oat milk and ice. I found it works best when added to liquid rather than other way round as it can be quite clumpy when mixing. I have sweet tooth so it doesn't bother me but it is quite sweet too!

I've only been using this for about a week and can already feel a difference. I've been doing a lot of functional workouts and strength training and have noticed a difference in my stomach, legs, and arms. The muscle is looking more defined, I've lost some fat, and my skin is looking so much better. Would definitely recommend. The taste is odd at first but you get used to it. Even after you mix it there's still some clumps. Find it best to swallow them down like a tablet rather than bite them or let them settle in your mouth.
