Perfect soze
Bought this shaker as I wanted one I could utilise powder in a container till I needed it. This one is prefect as it had the container under the shaker so no need for extra pots to take with me. Prefect size for the amount you need also and mixes the powders well. Would definitely recommend this shaker.

Not for thicker shakes
Brilliant little shaker for pre workout and creatine etc. Thicker shakes like Ceasin will not mix well in these smaller shakers. Goes Well With: Shakes Pre workout Creatine
