I don't need anything more for this price. I've been using it for 2 years and it works, hehehe. weight gain is ok, I like the taste. I mix it with warm water, but you must first add the powder and mix it in a shaker with a spring. probably one of the better options for this price. one minus, I ordered 11 kilograms and I really need it, unfortunately only 5 kg arrived, so I was disappointed. I don't know what to do now because I only use this product. the seller made a return but I need the product.

I tried the Ruby Chocolate flavour as it was on offer a month or so ago and have just come back for another 2 lots to make sure I don't run out. It's absolutely delicious and really works as a post workout for me. It mixes really well and is smooth to drink.
