This stopped my cravings
This product stopped my cravings and made me feel full and because of that I was able to eat just smaller portions of food. Taste is a bit too sweet but it's just a shot after which you drink anyways full glass of water so it's doable :) all over I'm very happy to discover this product and gave it a go. I'll definitely reorder when it will be back in stock

I have been taking these for 2 weeks and have found them to be great. I've not had any of the headaches that others have mentioned and the orange ones are perfectly palatable in water, although I've been mixing them in lime flavoured sparkling water and they're delicious. The only negative is that they're out of stock and I can't get anymore!

I got these to boost my vitamin intake as I was experiencing a lot of afternoon fatigue. I am so impressed! Ok so the taste of the grape ones are a bit sour but the strawberry and kiwi ones are delicious. They take a bit of mixing too. However, my afternoon fatigue has disappeared and I’m snacking less as the fibre really helps to make me feel full. It also helps with my IBS so it’s been a win/win for me! I didn’t get the headaches others said they had. I’ve noticed a difference in my toning and shape too over the two weeks I’ve been using these (in conjunction with increased gym work). Overall I feel like I’ve found a really great product and I’m already on my second box! Definitely recommend if you need a bit of a boost and a little extra something to coincide with training. Tastes awful but works
Haven't been on it long enough for noticeable weightloss. But have noticed a significant decrease in appetite and thus eating less at meals. Also more awake and balanced energy levels throughout the day. However. The grape flavour tastes like own-brand calpol and for your own sanity mix it in something opaque. It's an awful purple colour and doesn't mix well so is all lumpy and not visually appealing. Thankfully it's a small amount so goes down quickly and therefore is manageable and worth the interesting taste and texture. Goes Well With: Drinking it incredibly quickly

HEADACHES I’ve been taking for 2 days now and the headaches are bad, I don’t know whether it’s due to the supplements alone or a change in diet so I’m gonna try to carry on for a week and see. Gave me intense headaches
The taste was lovely, and it seemed to help curb any cravings and stop me wanting to eat when I am bored. However, the intense headaches that came after taking each shot was not worth it, worst of all the headaches would not go away, they remained all day long and at night and were terribly painful, have never experienced such an intense headache before. I decided to stop taking them the next day and my head feels a lot better. They also had no effect on my energy levels either like it said on the packets. Overall, it seemed to slightly work but not worth the headaches that came with it. Of course this is my expereince, yours may be slightly different but please do be cautious when using these. Why are you taking this product?
I bought this out of desperation. I thought that my overeating was something that I could fix by taking these shots but the real issue is very much psychological. So I ask you, before you purchase this product. Why are you taking this? Is your eating disordered or do you just need to reduce portion size (in which case this product might work for you). I cannot review the effectiveness of this product as I was able to continue my binging despite having taken it. I doubt this is normal. On a side note, the acid reflux I got from these was absolutely horrendous. Goes Well With: A healthy relationship and mindset toward food and stable moods.
