What you would expect
Being a caffeine free pre work out, it's what you would expect. It does give you a slight buzz & the feeling of more energy, you still get the tingles but being as there is no caffeine it's not as effective.. but helpful for late night workouts. I brought this as was struggling to sleep after working out late at night after taking stimulant pre workout. The mango tastes nice and mixes well. It's useful for that little extra bit of go. Goes Well With: Water and creatine monohydrate

Rocket Fuel!
I'm a road cyclist around 8 hours a week, usual challenge if fitting it in around busy work schedule. I've tried beta alanine caps previously having read they're probably most effective for endurance sport after caffeine; but even after 6 weeks dosing per the recommendations, they had little effect. Maybe I'm fitter now, maybe a bit placebo but I've found it much easier to really dig deep, easier to sprint harder and longer, so find myself hitting threshold heart rates a lot more often, and being able to do it on consecutive days. There is noticeable paraesthesia within minutes of consuming it, so you know there's a lot in it, but I'm convinced! I'm using blue Berry, which is fine, and just ordered another bag of cola. Goes Well With: Water, lethargy, lack of motivation.

Surprisingly effective
I was skeptical of a caffeine-free preworkout, I'd assumed the caffeine was the main reason to take a preworkout, but as I train later in the day (around 7-9pm) and would like to get some sleep, if I'm having a preworkout I could do without the caffeine. I'm surprised by how effective this is, I'm sure the placebo effect plays into it somewhere along the line but I've definitely noticed quicker recovery between sets when I take this and it seems to increase my energy even without the caffeine. Taste is great (I got blue raspberry) although a little sweet, but add extra water (I use around 400ml) and it's fine. One thing to consider is that 3g of Beta-Alanine is quite a lot. I have a friend who went in to A&E recently, who was getting 2800mg (2.8g) of Beta-Alanine a day from preworkout, displaying stroke-like symptoms but the Doctor concluded it was the Beta-Alanine building up in his system causing Paraesthesia, weirdly only down one side. If you drink plenty of water when you take it and you don't take it every day (probably common sense) you should be fine. Goes Well With: Water, I put a scoop of creatine in there too.

Haven't noticed any effect
Thought I'd try this, as too much caffeine can give me heartburn. I've been using it for several weeks now, and I honestly can't detect any effect from it. That said, it tastes pleasant enough (orange, mango and passionfruit flavour) and is something to mix creatine powder with. I probably won't bother getting it again though. Goes Well With: Creatine
