Been taking a week now and seems to be working well. I am a mum of two toddlers so it Definitely gives me a energy kick that I need. Only draw back is I seem to be sweating more. Possibly a good thing as I am taking these to help with losing weight that I gained during my pregnancy. Because of the sweating I make sure I drink loads of water. But all in all seems to great so far am down a few pound's.

Think it's working!

I am using these alongside impact diet whey, green tea extract and a high protein, low carb diet. So I cannot tell whether it is these that are helping but either way I am seeing results so I am satisfied!

Good! good bye love handles

So i currently eat at a maintenance level while taking these and i can tell you from personal experiance i have gained a bit of muscle while losing a bit of fat, maybe coz im 20, but maybe coz of these pills. I have noticed they have shrunk my love handles and front of my belly. I take these with a strict diet regime. They are desired to burn fat in places where your body stores fat and therefore finds it hard to burn off in those places. They have done that for me so far. Maybe these would be more effective for me if i was in a calorie deficit. all i can say is they worth a try but i dont believe they are a miracle worker, just a good tool. I got these in a deal, so if ever you can - get them in a deal and try em out.

Easy to take.

These tablets are easy to take and do not leave an aftertaste. Its hard to judge the effectiveness without strict experimentation but hopefully they are doing their job.

I switched from just pure CLS to this as it was a combination of products in one. I was a bit nervous at first as when I got them as there were no reviews. Since taking them for 3 weeks now I've noticed my metabolism has speeded up and I've noticed a reduction in body fat. I take 2 in the morning with 1 mega green tea, alpha man vit and omg3. And you should never leave the house with out your scrambled egg on oat bread. I don't work out much just lead a physical life though work, this alone has seen results. P.s. You will love the raspberry flavored for at least 2 hours , yum yum.

Burn baby! Burn!

Only been using this product for a short period of time. I love the little raspberry flavoured burps I get. Maybe I'm just weird lol. Anyway.. The tablets are easy to swallow despite there size. I take two about an hour before any workout. I feel this maximises the full benefits to burn fat. No odd side effects to report. They may seem a little on the dear side but I feel they are worth it as they contain CLA as well so it's like getting two products in one. 90 tablets in a bottle, using two a day equals to 45 days of product. Goes well with Green Tea Extract and Multivitamins and Iron supplements.

These tablets are easy to swallow and have a subtle taste of raspberry. Taking these for the last week or so has defiantly quickened my metabolism and these in turn with a low carb / high protein diet as well as training has worked.

Great product, I take this twice a day before breakfast in morning and before tea in the evening. Seems to help with sugar cravings, and suppresses food cravings. All round good product Goes Well With: Water, juice
