Some previous protein powders just didn't agree with me leaving a bad aftertaste and indigestion. Absolutely no issues with this one. Excellent for lean muscle growth
The whey isolate is a fantastic product. I hadn't tried it before but I've noticed considerable improvements in my strength and conditioning since using it. I'd recommend mixing it in warm water as sometimes it can clump with cold water, but this isn't a big deal. High protein per serving ratio and great value for money.
