For the amount of protein in it I was expecting a gritty texture but it isnt and it tastes like a normal biscuit

I don’t understand the complaints
Are these as tasty as a normal cookie? No! But what do you expect. So many reviews moaning about taste and texture. They taste fine and the texture isn’t an issue. Some taste better thank others like the rocky road one but non are awful. I’ve been training for over 25 years and some of you guys should try the protein snacks we had back then… awful powders that wouldn’t mix and then a protein snacks would be a tin of tuna mixed into a tub of cottage cheese. Protein per calorie count in these plus an ok taste is a great achievement.

I have tried to cookies and cream ones, the chocolate orange and the double chocolate flavors and if you are expecting some kind of bakery cookie then you will probably be disappointed. However, a quick zap in the microwave and these are soft and tasty and contain a good amount of protein. Would thoroughly recommend and will continue to buy them on a regular basis 🙂

The cookies are excellent and very fit for purpose. 38g of protein and 7g of sugar per cookie is ideal, and the taste of the cookie considering the high protein content is great.
