Great product has worked for me. If your not using scales to weigh this out then be careful as one scoop can be as little as 1.5g. You'd have to pack this in tight to the scoop to get anywhere near 3.5g. Goes Well With: ZMA

Stick with it
Despite some of the reviews stating otherwise, this is the best one for mixing into water or adding to your protein shakes. Careful with the dosage, the most effective is 3.12g per day but 3g will do it. Stick with it, you will see results especially in certain areas as you get older (if you catch my drift)... Mixes well, tastes fine, not unpleasant, will buy again and again. Goes Well With: Water Protein shake

Tastes bitter but really works, I just put a scoop in my mouth and swill down along with my morning protein. Need to remember to have a break of a week or so every 2 weeks approx. Really feel leaner and stronger when on this. Goes Well With: Something to swallow with, protein shake or water.
