Excellent pre-workout mix

Back early on when I started my training a friend who played for a top flight rugby team suggested that I should use Ribomatrix, which was made by Matrix, this turned out to be a fantastic blend and I could compress workouts into a shorter time or work harder for longer. Unfortunately Matrix stopped making the product (a patent issue in the UK) and since then I have had to make my own by buying a stack - which was a pain and resulted in a fair bit of waste. I stumbled on creastorm and it is, give or take a few ingredients a fair parallel to Ribomatrix. I've been taking it for about a month now, and my results in the gym are improving consistently, and I'm posting gains weekly. I'm also getting improved vascularisation and my recovery time is shortened wth DOMS seemingly reduced. The only criticism I could level is that it doesn't mix perfectly (then again, creative never does) and that I would like a different choice of flavour - but tropical is ok. An excellent product and I'm definitely getting more once I'm low on my current stock. Goes Well With: Any protein post-workout

Perfect! And mixes great with summer fruits protein!

Add this to all sorts of smoothies and it is great. Its got quite a strong taste. It can be bitty but i hardly even notice. I am used to drinking thick smoothies of penut butter, oat powders and stuff. It really isnt as bad as some people say?! I really dont know why people say its a pre work out too? It has 13g of dextrose which is the only thing which could be a pre work out surely? Anyway the results. Great results! Hit new PB's in a couple of weeks and i really feel its allowing me to push harder than ever before. Had it for about a month now and gone from 80kg max to 90kg x 6 reps Would highly reccomend to anyone

Great taste, be careful with dosing!!!

I have bought this same product twice. Once in 2012 I took 2 whole scoops by accident and became extremely vascular in 10 minutes but became very bloated too. This year (2014) I made basically the same mistake, taking 1 whole scoop rather than half. This product is excellent as a POST-WORKOUT product. Don't take it Pre-workout it will make you feel tired very quickly due to the taurine and high dextrose and high magnesium content. Taste-wise, it is excellent (tropical flavour), very sweet, a bit like sherbet. Just add more water to resolve this. 500ml with half a scoop would work fine I imagine. Mixability/texture, perfect. Does not clump AT ALL, does not give too much of a gritty creatine texture either. Overall, I rate this product highly due to its post-workout calming abilities as well as glycogen recovery. Goes Well With: IBCAA's

Best mixing creatine I have tried yet!

If you have used creatine in the past I'm sure you have come across the normal sandy/gritty versions that just refuse to mix and end up drinking what taste like a glass of squash filled with sand!! Creastorm mixes within a few shakes of the shaker and taste great - the tropical flavour taste like the old sherbert dib-daps from my childhood days! Taste asite the important bit is that it gives a great boost if taken before a gym session. I decided to start a new program a month back and bought Creastorm, Impact Whey Protein, CLA and BCAA 1500 and use each one daily and the results are really starting to pay off. Great Product

one week taking Creastorm

Thought I would give this product a try considering all the extras that are in the product. I have been taking it for a week now so probably not long enough to see any great gains from it but I think it is beginning to take effect as I'm not stiff and sore the next day. Creastorm tastes good and mixes well, hence them both on 5 stars: Effectiveness - only 3 stars as I've only just started taking it. I have been using Total Protein for some months now and I'm liking the benefits I'm getting from it alongside healthy eating and proper time at the gym. I've been trying to gain weight and get bigger for about a year and, with the help of MyProtein, I've gone from 11.5 stone to 13. Goes Well With: Total Protein

"Really fruity and refreshing and packs a punch too! A little bit powdery on the back of the throat but that doesn’t linger for too long. I felt the effects almost straight away and the pump seemed to last longer than creatine mono, well worth the extra few quid. All in all it’s a top product that I will definitely look to use regularly as a pre-workout booster."

"This is actually a really nice tasting product. I wasn’t too confident before with all those ingredients but MP have masked them well. Flavour isn’t even all that important though tbh because scientifically this is one of the most sound products they sell imo. Previously I’ve only used creatine monohydrate, but I’m sure this formula is helping me make greater gains. I’m halfway through the maintenance phase now and I’ve smashed my bench & squat PBs. Is it solely down to this product? Who knows, but overall very impressed & will be using again : D !!"

"Great product and has already made a huge difference to my workout and figure. I haven't had this much success with other creatine products (such as creapump). A little steep on price but still acceptable compared to other brand prices. I like how the tub runs out after the 40-day period, very convenient. Now I now when to take a break instead of having to keep track of the weeks."

This is a good quality creatine. Unlike alot of so called new creatine potions it does what is says. Tried and tested
