Great for belly fat reduction

So I heard on a podcast somewhere that L Ornithine could help reduce belly fat particularly in menopausal women. Thought I’d give it a go despite not having much belly fat. OMG in 1 week my muffin top had gone by half and after 3 gone completely. Obviously combined with healthy eating, exercise and resistance training - but I was already doing that!

Great fat burner

Brought this product on offer at an incredibly good price. Firstly, I had the opposite to some of the other reviews in that if I took it at night, I had real trouble sleeping. My mind was just wide awake. I only took one heaped scoop in the morning but from that one scoop, this stuff really did help burn fat remarkably well. It's helped my loose over 2 inches on my waist (and i'm a weight trainer of 20 years in decent shape) If you are looking to loose some body fat and tone up, it's fantastic. Goes Well With: a small quantity of water.

"I currently take 1g before I go to bed and it has helped my sleep no end (whilst you are sleeping it is suggested this stuff aids release of growth in your body, muscle and liver repair). Time will tell on that, but for me (and this can differ vastly between users!) it is a god send for a good night's sleep - hence why they recommend it when doing a liver cleanse due to the things you have to take before bed time :D"

Possible insomnia aid..

After 5 loooooooooooong tortured years of insomnia and my neverending search for a sleep miracle, discovering Ornithine's aid to detoxify ammonia which then, I was hooked. Anything that can lessen nocturia is a blessing for insomnia sufferers as it is at least in my case the beginning to the end of my night of desperately needed brain cleansing sleep.. Hard to stomach

I purchased this supp as I wanted to try and remove some stubborn belly fat as it was last thing to shift after recent weight loss / lean gains. After reading people's comments about it being an effective fat burner I felt sure this was for me. Sadly, whether taken at night or first thing in the morning, on each of the four occasions I've tried it, I've had unbearable stomach cramps for around 3-4 hours. I took a 1g dose each time, so it's not like I overdosed. Not been able to find any evidence of stomach ache being a side effect and yet it's undoubtedly caused problems for me. Will give it another final try (perhaps more diluted?) but if the pain comes again I'll have to ditch it and give it the thumbs down. Goes Well With: A lie down and painkillers.

Painful for your stomach, nightmare

So having used this product, you start to get problems with your stomach and if you have it at night then you are gonna be in abdominal pain for most of the night. Drink more water to calm the pain but overall I think this product maybe effective but it really puts you in agony. Goes Well With: water
