Gummies
I was a bit hesitant to try gummies at first however, they are soo much better than taking a tablet form. I take one of these every day and it is like a burst of blueberry flavour in your mouth. Quite chewy too so you actually feel like your having a sweet! I’ve noticed results mainly in my nails as they have grown quicker and stronger. I hope MP make bigger tubs in the future. Outstanding results
I tried these after my hair thinned due to gastric surgery, within a couple of weeks I noticed a difference in the condition of my hair, it felt fuller and started to shine again, my nails after many years of having acrylic stuck over them suddenly started to grow like never before - no more false nails either! Improved appearance.
For months I had noticed my hair become super thin and brittle, lots of fallout when washing my hair also. I’ve just finished my first bottle of these, and have a new bottle arriving tomorrow. Already my hair has become so noticeably thicker and I’ve felt an improvement with how soft and manageable it is. I can now go 4 days without washing my hair and it still looking good on the 4th day. Also noticing lots of baby hairs where the new growth is coming through. Just purchased the biotin and retinol bundle to try alongside so I’ll see how I get on with those too.

Tasty!
This is the second time that I have bought these gummies - I have convinced myself that they work! At first, I was worried because the smell was very strong. However, they do taste quite nice to me! My nails have been growing more, but I am unsure whether this is due to the gummies or the fact that I have been working from home more. My hair feels good too. I can't 100% say whether or not these work, but it can't hurt to give yourself some extra vitamins!

Amazing!
I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!
