Weight-loss guide

After tracking my BMR / daily allowance for calories for quite some time, I was really confused as to why my weight was slowly  going up when I was doing everything that I'd previously been told to do. Turns out I'd been doing it wrong and if it wasn't for this guide being so comprehensive I'd have carried on eating over my allowance, gradually putting on weight.

Wonderful range of products at fantastic value!!

I recently ordered some keto shakes and they taste fantastic, I also ordered some collagen and can already see a difference since taking them! Items arrived fast and well packaged!!! Would highly recommend, fantastic company!!

Workout Plan

Happy with myprotein as I enjoy my meal replacement shakes.. They taste great and so does the BCAA Sustain that I use. Not as pleased with this plan. One to find that you can have the guide for free by downloading the app (which I have kindly been refunded for) and other being that the workouts need to be a lot more clearer as to when they should be done. The workout plan contains workouts that consist of 900 repetitions of exercise per workout which extremely intense. I come to question the PT and the online contact services was told off the PT who they teamed up with about their keto plans and was told of contact services to speak to a PT. When providing guides like this for weight loss. This plans need to be given in abit more detail and maybe some extra support. Potentially could end up causing an injury which would not be good. Apart from that everything else I have had from here is great. Maybe having fitness experts to advise you on products would be abit better.
