5These combined with the lipid binders help me feel full for longer, reducing my cravings. They’re really useful for when I’m eating out and can’t accurately track my calorie intake. I’ve noticed I no longer feel uncomfortable and bloated after meals too. Goes Well With:Lipid binders

5Got these today first time trying them. Have to say being in a low calorie deficit I'm craving like mad but these really helped me stay full for the whole day, couldn't eat all my dinner so helping with portion control! Highly recommend, tablets are easy to swallow aswellGoes Well With:Juice, water

Worth it.
4Skeptical at first. Going into a new diet with a high carb intake, these are perfect. Might be placebo but I feel like I’ve got more energy throughout the day and during workouts. Usually take 30 minutes before my 12pm meal, when combined with The Pre-Workout (an hour later) plenty of energy to train. Training 6 days a week, and I’m already down 2kg of fat!!Goes Well With:Water. The Pre-Workout.
