Less stress, less anxious
Sometimes my profession can be extremely stressful and I get quite anxious when I've become behind on work, but I have to say these ashwagandha gummies have worked amazingly for that problem. I've been taking them for a month and seen a reduction in stress and anxiousness. Because of this, I've been a lot better at setting work boundaries and keeping up with personal goals. These are even easier to take because they're just like taking sweets (but it means I have to be careful not to take too many hahaha)Goes Well With:Gut gummies

Definitely Glad I Purchased!
I recommend picking these up if you're considering it. I have been taking 2 gummies a day for around 2 weeks now and I'm noticing a difference in my mind already. A lot clearer and they are helping with my cut as well as tasting nice as a little treat twice a day :). Will be buying more once I run out!Goes Well With:On there own.

Easy to consume
I switched to this brand of ashwagandha because it tastes better than the previous brand. I'm not entirely sure about its effectiveness, but I'm hopeful because it is a more expensive product.

Have been using these for around a month know to aid my training and life in general being of a certain age - wasn't sure at first about gummies as a method of delivery but these taste great . Very effective too . Would 100% buy again .

Great option for changing it up!
I think the gummy supplements are a nice alternative to the capsule ashwaganda that I have also tried. These gummies are easy to take on the go as you can just chew them like sweets without having the need to wash them down with some water or anything else. And best of all, they actually taste nice which makes it even more worthwhile. It would be nice to see them add a few more flavours for this product but then again, this flavour still does the trick so would definitely recommend buying if you're bored of taking capsules every day.
