Way too small
The sizing is off on these at the bottom of the legs. Nice enough Joggers, but I could barely get them over my foot (and I'm only a size 8 1/2). Getting them off was such a struggle that as much as I liked them I knew I wouldn't wear them because of that so returned them. They were shorter and tighter in general than most Joggers that I have from My Protein so go a size up if you're getting them

Care with size selection
Happy with the lightweight of the joggers for yoga. Size appears small, I’m 6 feet and 34-36 inch waist but needed an XL for yoga comfort and stretch.
