Vitamin B complex quality
2Although the whey protein complex products are excellent and unbeatable, the same doesn't go with these particular Vitamin B. I am an long term user of Vit B Complex. High strength or High quality ingredients will pleasantly give a Vit b smell and do the job but these were a let down hope it improves soon!

No difference
2I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and would expect to be seeing a difference by now. I've not noticed my fatigue improving much, my period this month was actually heavier, last longer and was more painful than my usual and my body aches are not improving. Maybe it's too early to tell, I'll continue to take these and see how I feel in a month or so. Goes Well With:Vitamin D3 and water

more useful than some would think
5B vitamins are good for various reasons, and this also contains more types and some additional ingredients which can help absorption.Goes Well With:Zink & Magnesium

Vitamin B
5Been taking these for a while now and think they are making a difference to my well being. They certainly don't smell bad or taste bad like some other vitamin B tablets. Even given to my partner to start taking as he does night shift and though he would benefit from them as well. Highly recommend and will continue to take these.Goes Well With:Anything

Nice supplement
5Happy to have found these. Every other Vit B I had previously smelled disgusting and made me gag. This doesn't smell at all. Good stuff

Ok for the price
3As it says on the tin, you get a lower dosage than other brands which is reflected in the price. If you want high dosage, buy a better quality brand

Great Product!
5I 've been energetic all of my life so I cannot really comment on the energy production thing although I 've noticed big changes in my mood, for the better, as well as how less tired I am by the end of the day. Since I 've been also studying a lot I wanted something to aid me , support me in studying, and this product seems to be doing that as well, however big or small the change I cannot really comment on, but it sure works. I 've been much more mentally agile and I got lots of energy to get through the night even after 8-10 hours at the university and lot more hours of work right after. I recommend this product to everyone without second thought!Goes Well With:Water / With the Breakfast
