How to make the Protein Pancake Mix 

Important Information: This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

1. Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
3. Heat a non‐stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
4. Using a large spoon or scoop, drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
5. Cook on first side for 2 minutes before flipping over using a spatula.
6. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve with a choice of toppings.
