Great pre workout
5I've been using them as a pre workout for years. I take these as a pre workout they definitely give a bit of explosivity but the main difference is the complete disappearance of fatigue past the 45 mins of training. You can push up to 2h non stop with these. I think they even improved the formula as I don't get the warm feeling in my gut I used to a few years back. No after taste, heart burn or anything. Goes Well With:Total Whey

4I take 3 before a workout. I tried taking just two at first but opted for the three to maximise my performance during gym classes. The only downside to these is a headache which I can deal with but others might not. They do work as my energy levels increase and get better physical results. Only been using for a few weeks so excited to see the outcome in further weeks. Goes Well With:3-5 gym workouts per week

Better than expected
4I've been using them for 3 weeks now and my weight loss Goal is approaching ever quicker. I've not changed my diet and so I honestly think this has been the underlining factor in losing the weight.
