Brilliant!
5I usually don’t tolerate pre-workouts with caffeine, green tea, pepper etc...but this one is awesome. It works fantastically and doesn’t give me stomach ache! Definitely I will buy it again

Gave me skin allergy
1I am 37 years old and I use supplements since I was 18. I have never had in my life any food, supplementation or any kind of allergy. I have tried before different types of pre-training, fat loss pills and thermogenic. I bought for the first time this THE Thermo-X and I got a strong skin allergy and eczema on my hands. I stop the pills and I had blood exams, everything came as normal. After 30 days I took just one of this pill and withing 2 to 3 hours the allergy was back. The fact is that I can't take this anymore, any of this components is causing me this. If you take this pill keep alert in case anything unusual appear and inform the customer service.

Better than expected
5I got these pills for getting back to football training and I honestly feel so much better and have got back at it straight away, have a lot more energy and the weight is dropping off.Goes Well With:The pre workout

Good but be careful
3I understand why people but this product. Does give a great boost for your workout. However caffeine sensitive people be careful as I have been very lethargic and wobbly minutes after I finish my workout. I would recommend only taking 1 rather than 2 before a workout if you’re not used to having caffeine. Otherwise it is a good product, you just have to figure out what works for you to ensure you get the most out of this product. Goes Well With:Water

The best ones ter
5I’ve been using these for about 6 months now. These supplements are the BOMB!!! I do a lot of cardio ( HIIT) and I like to work put in the morning on an empty stomach. These supplements however give me a feeling of anxiety if I take them on an empty stomach. So instead I take them after my lunch, not after 2 PM and they continue to work really well with the after effects of my HIIT. Initially I started taking them just to loose weight, but noticed that they increased my overall energy levels and they got me into a pretty awesome 5days /week exercise routine. I totally recommend these supplements but I would caution anyone taking them on an empty stomach as the effects are really unpleasant- at least for me

1Probably one of the useless products purchased! Was expected for supplements to kick in before a work out..a fig roll has more umphh then this!..Waste of money! I wrote to Mp team and disacknowleged my dissapointment

Sorry but not for me
1Sorry but not for me. Bought these for the first time, took 2 as bottle says. They just made me feel really off. They never give me any energy like I thought they would, I just felt lethargic and off. I thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt and tried them again a couple of days later but same again, i just felt off all day. Really Disappointed tbh. Now I have a full tub going to waste

Didn’t find it that affective
3As a ex pro and current semi-pro rugby player is tarted taking these pre gym and aerobic exercise for over a month and didn’t see a major improvement. Lost a bit of fat but think it was more my diet that caused the reduction not the pills. If you’re looking to buy I would look around for an alternative x
