L-glutamine: an amino acid, naturally found in protein which helps to repair new muscle.⁶

AstraGin®: 100% natural, and sourced from plants, AstraGin® is a popular workout ingredient.

BioPerine®: derived from the fruit of the black pepper plant, adding some heat to your workout.

Capsimax®: derived from cayenne pepper, it fires up your body — helping you to burn excess fat.⁵

TheaCrine: derived from theacrine that’s similar to caffeine — giving you a boost.^1,3
