Wouldn’t recommend
3I wouldn’t recommend this protein shake as it mixes way too thick even with a full shaker of water It gives me crazy gas and stomach problems to do with excretion Would only recommend if really necessary Makes my farts stink aswellGoes Well With:Nothing

My Son really enjoys this, I can see the difference
5My Son does acting for TV dramas and short films and major films, so really likes to take care of himself, he is very active, does Tae Kwon do, started going to the gym again, and had lost some weight, in only a short while of taking the gainer we can see the difference, he only has it once a day. I am told is very tasty, also his energy level has increased, and he has gained weight, his skin looks very good and fresh again too, the bonus is seeing my Son lovely smile a lot more too. Thank youGoes Well With:Pea protein isolate, later in day not in same cup, he has with almond milk, on a rare time with water or fruit juice, but almond milk is the best. He is 27.

5mixes and tastes good. no amino spiking and low sugar unlike a lot of mass gainers. Goes Well With:blended oats and milk.

Better weight gainers out there
2Ive been with myprotein for quiet some time now, i have to say this is my most disappointing purchase yet, ive had the sample couple months ago which tasted amazing however after buying the 2.5 kg tub, its day and night difference when it comes to the consistency & taste. You might be able to tolerate it however i really dont like the aftertaste. (I mix mine with water, i will try milk if it helps but i can imagine it will be too thick and gloopy but i will edit the review once i do) - the consistency is as mentioned is gloopy you could say a bit ‘sticky’ also. I would much rather recommend the advanced weight gainer specifically chocolate mint flavour. Less protein and calories however the taste and consistency as well as all the added nutrients, vitamins as well as creatine has definitely made it my go to. I regret trying to change will definitely go back.Goes Well With:Water to make it drinkable in terms of the consistency - (added peanut butter once and it tasted horrible) you will 100% need to blend

Good stuff
5As a skinnier guy who works full time and struggles on certain days to reach my calorie goals this is great to make up that short fall a couple times a week. The strawberry milkshake is pretty good but you will need a blender of some kind as there is way too much volume of powder for a standard shakerGoes Well With:Milk and bananas

INSANE ENERGY & SWEET GAINS.
5Just finished my 4th 5kg bag. What can I say, I eat 6+ meals & my hobbies are outdoor sports, my work is outdoor sports, and on top of that - we all know it’s a sin to miss the gym, so lifting every morning is a must too. We all got to eat to keep our body functioning, but we all don’t have the time or the appetite to add more meals to our diet. This is where THE GAINER comes in. With water: It’s easy to drink. Has slow release carbs. 700+ calories (only 2.8g of which sugars…translation - these ain’t some cheap short term carbs) All which can be consumed without feeling like you have eaten a huge meal. Sits in the stomach like you have had a bowl of porridge. MMMMMM. And most importantly, noticeable gains within the first 2 weeks. Two shakes a day (post workout/ with wheetabix before bed. If you struggle to gain weight, are looking to bulk, or need long lasting energy through the day - go bag yourself one of these & thank me later.Goes Well With:400- 700ml Water. 3 scoops of classic Protein Shovel (not the huge one they give you)

2You need a super shaker to fit one scoop of this. Makes a huge mess and waste of resources, im a milk protein enjoyer so if you want to hate yourself. Use water lol
