Beware the sugar!
158g of sugar out of 100g of this product!! Almost 60% of the product is sugar! This is just candied fruit. Definitely I wouldn't recommend it for healthy eaters.

Super Berries are SUPER!
5I'm not one for eating fruit as it is so this purchase was a wild card, but a hand full in breakfast bowl of weatabix or porridge goes down a Treat! Will definitely be buying these over and over again!Goes Well With:Weatabix, Oats and Poridge

Why the sugar???
1I don't get why any of the dried fruits have added sugar. This is a fitness website not Holland and Barrett. It completely spoils the super title of the product. I would buy this again if they made it without the sugar.

Mixed Super Berries
1I wasn't aware that these Super Berries came with added sugar, which for someone who is trying to eat natural, healthy foods, came as a surprise. It's an unnecessary addition to a product that is already full of natural sugars. A lot of the berries weren't plump enough, especially the goji's. Overall I was really dissapointed on this purchase.

5These are very nice berries, I add them to my cereal and even just eat as a snack on the go. High in fibre. Will continue to buy.Goes Well With:Cereal, just a snack. I was thinking of adding some to by protein dessert too!

Good taste, sticks together
4Tastes good. Sticks together, which makes mixing with yoghurt a bit difficult. Can be stored only for one week after opening.Goes Well With:Yoghurt, nuts
