I've shopped on here a few times so I thought to move onto try something new. This skinny hot chocolate was next on my hit-list. BIG MISTAKE! Nausea, throbbing heart and abandonment. This has to go away far from me.Goes Well With:The bin
This is really delicious! I have such a sweet tooth and this definitely fills the spot. Only thing is the carb count is quite high so if you’re tracking macros etc you may have to incorporate that. Goes Well With:Water or milk
I really like to use it with shakes instead of preparing a standard hot chocolate. I also tried to prepare hot chocolate with milk and the taste, although it was not exactly like a real hot chocolate, was quite good. Keep in mind the benefits of this product comparing to the regular chocolate. Good amount of dietary fiber, so it's good to watch your weight.
It took me two or three cups to get used to the very sweet taste but now I’m enjoying the drink a lot. I usually drink this before I leave the house for the gym and it has given me the energy to workout at my full potential. Unfortunately, there’s sometimes a weird plastic-y taste to my drink and I’m unsure why, I usually add more water if this happens.Goes Well With:Boiled water
Don't even hesitate to buy this, do it now. Its so good, and in the evening (especially in the winter) after a work out when its cold and all you want is something warm and sweet this will hit the spot. Theres even no reason to feel guilty because its adding to those all important macro goals - literally the dream! Mixes well and is delicious - will never go back.
Packet arrived open and spilt in packaging however the hot choc was still tried out regardless. The taste is pretty ok and certainly hits that choc craving beast. It's great to have your treat knowing your getting more protein too. Mixes well with hot water. Goes Well With:Any time of the day.
Absolutely love it recommend it to other friend and family Goes Well With:Milk or water
All in all this appears to be a great product. Purchased to supplement a low carb diet, the protein, fibre and added vitamins and minerals are ideal. However, it is so full of sweetener it is almost undrinkable. Also, no matter how well you mix it, there is always a silty sludge at the bottom of the cup. Is there any way myprotein can start producing unsweetened products? This would make this and other products far more palatable, especially for those that are cutting sugar out of their diet.
When I had ordered the hot chocolate, I was a bit worried about it tasting too sweet or artificial, but I thought if it does the job, It'll be grande. I don't like very sweet stuff. So when I tried this I was pleasantly surprised that It wasn't too sweet, maybe they have changed the formula? But it's nice and you do get the sweetener aftertaste but it isn't as strong as it is in the creatine monohydrate! Overall I'm really pleased and I would purchase again. I just wish they would do a sugar and sweetener free version so I can have it bitter and dark and rich! Just for anyone who wants to understand my taste buds, I drink my coffee black, no milk, no sugar. I made the hot chocolate with water and I would say I diluted it enough where it was still thick but not too thick. So say roughly 300ml of water to one scoop, although saying this It soaks up water so I would say probably 400ml. But if your making0 it, please go with the 300 first then add more to loosen it up. I believe drinking it too thick will give you a silly sweet taste and a horrible after taste. Goes Well With:Water
Oh dear.. I have a sweet tooth, but this has a real sickly sweet taste. I tried with milk as suggested by another user, but it made it worse. It really does not taste like hot chocolate to me, I was really disappointed after using the whey protein powder, which I find has a good taste.
